Please be assured that if you buy any of Vapourlites™ products from this website we will replace the item or refund your purchase price. We pride ourselves on the amount of returns that we DON'T get!

If your purchase has been from one of our retail partners then please return your product to them along with your proof of purchase.

For purchases online ONLY, that you feel the need to return. Please follow the steps below:

The first step is to go to the 'returns' link (which you can always find at the bottom of the website). Then simply fill in the required details and one of our customer care team will deal with your request.

PLEASE NOTE:

If visible damage can be seen to the product, this will invalidate your guarantee. The money back guarantee does not cover your costs to post back to our warehouse.

Refunds will be made by the same method of payment and paid within 28 days.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cartomizers being consumable items are not covered under guarantee.
